Terms & Conditions

These terms describe how I work with clients. They apply to all digital marketing, SEO, web development, lead generation, graphic design, consultation and training services provided by Prosengit Kundu.

Scope of work

Every project begins with a written scope: what is included, what is delivered, the timeline and the price. Work outside that agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts. Prices published on this website are starting from rates — your final quote depends on the actual requirements of your project.

Payment terms

Payment terms are confirmed before a project begins. Larger projects are typically split into an advance and a final payment on delivery. Monthly retainers are billed per cycle. Advertising budgets are always separate from service fees and are paid by you directly to Google, Meta or the relevant platform.

Timelines and revisions

Delivery timelines start once the required materials, access and approvals are provided. A reasonable number of revisions is included in each deliverable, as stated in the project scope; additional rounds may be quoted separately.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and lawful access to any accounts, content or assets needed for the work. You retain ownership of your accounts, domains, ad budgets and brand materials at all times.

Results and limitations

Digital marketing depends on factors outside any single provider's control, including competition, budget, seasonality and platform policy changes. I do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales or advertising outcomes. I do guarantee professional execution, honest reporting and clear communication.

Ownership and confidentiality

On final payment, deliverables created specifically for you become yours to use. Project information shared with me is treated as confidential and is not disclosed without permission. Work samples are only published as portfolio pieces with your consent.

Cancellation

Either side may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable, and completed deliverables are handed over.
