Google Ads and YouTube campaigns with a clearer path from click to conversion

Google Ads can reach people who are already looking for a solution; YouTube can build attention before the search happens. I help connect those opportunities to a clear offer, relevant keywords or audiences, useful landing pages and conversion tracking that the business can actually inspect.

What this service is for

The work should answer a business question, not fill a checklist.

Google Ads can reach people who are already looking for a solution; YouTube can build attention before the search happens. I help connect those opportunities to a clear offer, relevant keywords or audiences, useful landing pages and conversion tracking that the business can actually inspect.

The first question is whether paid traffic is appropriate for the offer and market. If it is, I map intent and conversion tracking before writing ads. During optimisation, the priority is not simply cheaper clicks; it is better alignment between query, message, page and business outcome.

Common problems this service can address

  • Search campaigns spend on broad or irrelevant queries because negative keywords are not maintained.
  • Ads promise something the landing page does not explain, causing expensive low-quality clicks.
  • Conversion tracking counts page views instead of enquiries or sales-ready actions.
  • YouTube is treated as a separate awareness channel with no audience or follow-up logic.
What is included

A focused scope with room for the details that matter.

The final scope depends on your website, market, tools and goals. These are the areas we can discuss and prioritise.

01

Search campaign management

Structure campaigns around intent, services, locations and landing pages rather than placing every term in one ad group.

  • Keyword and match-type plan
  • Ad group and RSA direction
  • Negative-keyword framework
02

Conversion tracking

Define the actions that matter: form submissions, calls, bookings, purchases or qualified milestones, with a review of how they are recorded.

  • Google tag and event checklist
  • GA4 and Search Console questions
  • Lead-quality notes
03

YouTube advertising

Use video advertising for awareness, consideration or remarketing with audiences and creative that match the funnel stage.

  • Audience and placement direction
  • Video hook and CTA brief
  • View-through and click-through context
04

Landing-page alignment

Paid clicks only have a chance when the landing page makes the offer, proof, process and next step easy to understand.

  • Message-match review
  • Mobile and speed observations
  • CTA and form recommendations

Working process

Discover, plan, deliver, review.

You will know what is happening and what information is needed from you at each stage.

1

Discover

Clarify your offer, audience, market, current assets, constraints and the action you want a visitor or prospect to take.

2

Plan

Agree the priority, scope, inputs, deliverables, timeline, access and the evidence we will use to review the work.

3

Deliver

Complete the agreed research, build, optimisation, campaign or training work with questions surfaced early.

4

Review and hand over

Explain what was done, what remains, how to use the files or account and what a sensible next step could be.

Realistic expectations: Google and YouTube results vary with competition, auction dynamics, quality, relevance, budget, seasonality, creative and the website experience. The media budget is separate from my fee. I do not guarantee a position, traffic volume, leads, sales or return on ad spend.
International and industry context

Remote support, adapted to the market you actually serve.

I work with businesses in Bangladesh and with remote clients in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East, Singapore and other markets. That does not mean copying a country name into every paragraph. It means considering the audience, language, search behaviour, competition, regulations, currency and conversion path that are relevant to your project.

The same approach can support professional services, local businesses, real estate, construction, education, healthcare, ecommerce, agencies, consultants, startups, hospitality and B2B companies. I will not claim previous results or an industry specialisation unless the project evidence supports it.

In practice

What a useful campaign review looks like

A campaign review is not just a screenshot of clicks and impressions. I look at the relationship between search term or audience, ad message, landing page, conversion event, budget pacing and the eventual business action. A low cost can be misleading if the event being counted is not a qualified enquiry.

For Search, the structure of keywords, match types, negative keywords, ad groups, locations and landing pages helps control relevance. For YouTube, the audience, creative hook, viewing context and follow-up path need to fit the role of video in the funnel. These channels can work together, but they should not be measured as if they do the same job.

The account should also remain understandable to its owner. Naming, conversion definitions, change notes and a regular search-term or placement review make future decisions easier. If a small account does not have enough evidence for complex automation, I will recommend a simpler learning process.

Inputs and review

What I need and how we review it

For Google or YouTube Ads, please share the offer, target market, current landing page, account history if available, business conversion definition and any budget boundary. A campaign should not be assessed without knowing what the business considers a valuable action.

Review is based on query or audience relevance, ad-to-page message match, tracking integrity, search terms or placements, conversion quality and whether the account has enough evidence to support a change.

Questions clients usually ask

Before you decide, here is the useful detail.

Do you manage the Google Ads budget?
You keep ownership of the advertising account and pay Google directly. I can recommend a starting budget and manage the agreed campaign scope, but performance depends on the market and offer.
Can you set up conversion tracking?
I can prepare and implement the agreed tracking where access allows, or provide a clear checklist for your developer. The definition of a useful conversion should be agreed before tags are added.
Do you provide YouTube SEO as well as YouTube Ads?
YouTube Ads and organic YouTube SEO are related but different activities. I can advise on titles, descriptions, keywords, thumbnails and channel structure as part of a content or consulting scope.
Should a small business use Google Ads or SEO first?
It depends on urgency, competition, budget, website readiness and search demand. A short discovery review can compare paid and organic paths instead of assuming one channel fits every business.
